In October 2020, Xplornet announced the acquisition of Corridor Communications Inc. Today, we’re sending out a reminder that on April 1st, 2021, CCI/WiBand business customers will formally become customers of Xplornet Enterprise Solutions.

For now, keep enjoying your business service as usual! No changes to your existing contracts, service orders or provided services are being made at this time.

Billing Information

You will continue to receive the same reliable service and support provided by our 24/7 Network Operation Centre with no change to your existing agreement. In transitioning to an Xplornet Enterprise Solutions customer, you can expect to see the following:

  • A new invoice with your monthly account details.
  • No changes to your billing period or existing agreement.

In order to avoid service interruption, you will need to provide updated payment information:

  • For pre-authorized credit card payments, please call Xplornet Customer Care at 1-866-841-6001 to update your account with your credit card information.
  • If you pay by Pre-authorized Debit, please complete Xplornet Pre-authorized Debit Form and return it to Xplornet by:
    • Email to billing@xplornet.com
    • Fax to 1-866-510-2232
    • Mail to P.O. Box 9060, Woodstock, NB E7M 6B5
  • For online banking, you will need to update your Payee account to Xplornet Communications Inc. Your new account number will be on your first invoice.
  • Payments made by cheque should be payable to Xplornet Communications Inc.

  • To set up an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), please contact Enterprise Billing EnterpriseBilling@corp.xplornet.com for banking information.
