Xplornet Enterprise Solutions offers business customers a Dedicated Enterprise Account Manager to work with you on adding services to your account. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, email EnterpriseSales@corp.xplornet.com with your request and the Account Manager will contact you.

Requesting a Change or Cancellation of Services

For cancellation requests, Xplornet Enterprise Solutions customers should contact EnterpriseBilling@xplornet.com. To request a package change, please contact your Enterprise Account Manager. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, please email EnterpriseSales@corp.xplornet.com.
