Xplornet Enterprise Solutions offers business customers a Dedicated Enterprise Account Manager to work with you on adding services to your account. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, email EnterpriseSales@corp.xplornet.com with your request and the Account Manager will contact you.

Requesting a Change or Cancellation of Services

For any package changes, Xplornet Enterprise Solutions customers should contact their Account Manager or EnterpriseBilling@xplornet.com to request a package change.
